Mailing Information

Many cards have ribbon or dimensional embellishments on them.  Please be sure to check with your local United States Post Office prior to mailing to ensure you have proper postage.  Some cards are not machineable (due to the bumps) and therefore have a surcharge. Wedding invitations often cost more due to the weight of them as well.

General Ordering Information

PLEASE NOTE: Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of inks and papers may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor.

Paper may vary slightly in color and weight, from one mill lot to the next. A product ordered today may vary slightly in color or weight from the same product ordered previously.

Pricing / Payments

Prices listed are in US($) currency and subject to change without notification.  Orders shipped/delivered to a Massachusetts address must pay 6.25% sales tax.

Payments - currently we are  accepting payments in the form of personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks.   There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.

For  items such as non-custom greeting cards and non-custom invitations, payments must be received before orders will be processed. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment. 

For custom orders, a deposit of 50% will be required at the time the order is placed.  Once payment is received the production will begin.  Payment in full must be received before the order will ship.  Payment may be made in full at time of order.

Processing Time

For Custom Orders - Depending on quantity and complexity, these orders will take 4-6 weeks.  Once the order is placed, you will be given a time estimate.  Be sure to let us know when you need them!  Please note, pockets and petals are not kept in stock. They are ordered on a per order basis.  This means you must put 50% down to order them and then a sample with the actual pocket/petal will be made for you.  That said, often we are able to show you a sample of the papers before the pockets/petals are ordered so you can make sure you like the color combination.  Any questions, please ask!

Shipping and Handling

**3/18/11 - Due to the recent increase in gas/oil, shipping prices have increased.  Our shipping costs are not meant to make a profit, but closely resemble the actual shipping and handling costs that are paid out.**

Shipping rates are based on the total purchase price of your order (prior to tax, if applicable).  Our standard method of delivery is FedEx Ground, however in circumstances we may choose to use other carriers.  Expedited shipping is available upon request and prices will be quoted at the time of purchase. 

Any orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or any other US Territory will be charged an estimated shipping cost at time of purchase. 

Currently, international shipping is NOT available.
